BFP - BONDED FOAM PLANT

Our BFP represent a cutting-edge solution for foam producers aiming to efficiently recycle waste into high-quality, high-density bonded foam (60-160 Kg/m3). By integrating advanced shredding techniques (using our high-speed shredders) with our state-of-the-art bonded foam plants, we turn shredded foam waste into valuable high-density blocks.

Incorporating 10 to 20% bonding chemicals transforms the shredded foam, which, after a curing period, emerges as high-density Bonded Foam. Our system offers a comprehensive suite of components, each designed to optimize the recycling process.

Our mixer is an industrial marvel, featuring a 7 cu. meters capacity for shredded foam. It includes:

Heavy-duty steel construction, perfect for industrial mixing.
High-efficiency, heavy-duty mixer.
Pneumatically activated side door for seamless product transfer.
Dual heavy-duty mixer gear-motors.
Twin chemical feed tanks with manual controls and a spray header.

Our molds are steel fabricated, robust, and designed for efficiency:

Standard dimensions of 100 x 200 x 200 cm.
Manual block extraction doors and heavy-duty casters with bolted rails.
Lock-in system for accurate alignment.
Capacity up to 7-9.5 cu. meters (200 Kg high-density) with a production capacity of 1 block every 4 hours.
Standard mold sizes range from 100x200x100 to 180x200x200.
Includes two chemical tanks, a removable spray header, and a computer-controlled panel for precise mixing and injecting.

FG - FOAM GRANULATOR

Designed to be an integral component for any foam conversion operation, the Granulator machine expertly reclaims scrap foam, transforming it into granules of various sizes and densities.

The granules produced by our Granulator are versatile, finding uses as fillers for pillows and cushions, or as raw material for producing high-density bonded foam blocks when used in conjunction with our Bonded Foam Plant. We understand that every production need is unique, which is why our machines come in various sizes, with output capacities ranging from 75 to 300 kg/hr.

The efficiency of our Granulator machines is adjustable through the sieve size. By opting for a finer sieve, you can produce smaller granules, although this will slightly reduce the overall capacity. A robust built-in fan efficiently transports the granules from the grinder to a receiving sack filling unit, ensuring seamless operation. Alternatively, the grinder can be directly connected to a silo or hopper for efficient storage solutions.

With both spring and foam mattresses in mind, this machine is designed to streamline the assembly process, ensuring every mattress meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.

Table Dimensions: The TE-140 boasts a generous standard table size of 140 cm x 200 cm, accommodating most mattress sizes with ease. It is designed to handle mattresses up to 35 cm in height, covering a wide range of product dimensions.
Adjustability: Table height can be manually adjusted to suit different mattress thicknesses. For added convenience, a motorized adjustment option is available, ensuring ergonomic operation.
Variable Speed Drives: Both the sewing head and drive feature variable speed controls, allowing for optimal sewing pace and adaptability. The machine's corner slowdown feature enhances precision during critical sewing stages.
Sewing Machine: Equipped with a lockstitch Mauser (manufactured by Pfaff) industrial sewing machine, the TE-140 ensures durable and consistent stitching. Original Pfaff heads are offered as a standard feature, with flexibility to integrate other head types as per customer requirements.
Synchronization: Drive and sewing speeds are electronically synchronized, promoting superior machine performance and stitch quality.

The operation begins with placing the foam or spring carcass onto the table, followed by positioning the mattress cover atop it. The operator then aligns the cover with the mattress's edge, preparing it for sewing. Activated by electrical foot pedals, the sewing process is both precise and user-friendly. A specialized folder wraps the tape around the edges, seamlessly sewing them together for a flawless finish.
