Fincorp Est - Carousel Cutting Machine

CCM - CAROUSEL CUTTING MACHINE

An essential component in any foam production and conversion plant, the CCM is available in various models to meet a broad spectrum of cutting requirements.

The CCM features a rotating table where foam blocks are placed. This table moves automatically across the blade carriage for precise cutting. Equipped with a smooth blade, the machine is capable of slicing through all kinds of material. The cutting thickness is automatically adjusted, moving the blade carriage up or down as needed. To prevent foam blocks from sliding, the table is covered with abrasive-covered plywood, and a vacuum system assists in holding the blocks securely during cutting. The machine is controlled via a PLC with a user-friendly and straightforward screen interface.

AHCM-135B
AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE

The Automatic Horizontal Cutter Machine AHCM-135 is designed to deliver precise and efficient cutting for flexible PU and rebonded foam, making it an essential part of modern foam processing lines. Developed by Fincorp Est., this machine combines advanced technology with robust construction to ensure consistent, high-quality results in various foam cutting applications.

Smooth Cutting for Kitchen and Bath Sponges – Automatic Horizontal Cutting Machine with Co
  • Advanced Cutting Technology: The AHCM-135 features a specialized cutting blade, adjustable in speed, allowing for precise cuts on flexible PU foam up to 45 Kg./cu.m and rebonded foam up to 150 Kg./cu.m. The blade's tensioning is controlled by a hydraulic system, ensuring accurate cuts with minimal material waste.

  • Automated Precision: Equipped with a fully automatic mode powered by a programmable logic control (PLC) system, the AHCM-135 delivers consistent and repeatable cuts. The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen simplifies operation, enabling easy adjustments and real-time monitoring.

  • Vacuum Stabilization: The integrated vacuum hold-down system, synchronized with dual conveyor belts, stabilizes foam blocks during cutting, ensuring they remain perfectly aligned for precision cutting.

AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL CUTTING MACHINE

Integral to both foam production and conversion operations, the AHCM represents a key solution for precision cutting. Tailored to the industry's diverse needs, our range of AHCM models ensures there's a perfect fit for every cutting requirement, enhancing the versatility and efficiency of foam processing facilities.

Fincorp Est - Automatic Horizontal Cutting Machine

The AHCM is primarily used for cutting foam for furniture and mattress covers, showcasing its versatility in application.

This machine adeptly handles Flexible PU foam with densities up to 45 Kg./cu.m. For Rebonded Foam, which can have densities up to 150 Kg./cu.m, a special blade guide is employed to ensure precise cutting.

Fincorp Est - Block Cutter

BCB-125 BLOCK CUTTER MACHINE

The BCB-125 Block Cutter stands as a cornerstone for any foam production and conversion facility. Renowned for its efficiency and innovative design, this automatic transverse blade-cutting machine is a game-changer, especially with its minimal overhead space requirements.

The BCB-125 operates on an automated cycle, employing a photocell to ensure precise cutting lengths (up to 300 cm x 205 cm width). When foam reaches the photocell, the machine initiates the cut. The block is secured by pneumatic grippers while the carriage, in sync with the conveyor speed, facilitates accurate cutting. The post-cut process includes automatic ejection of the block and carriage reset.

For manual control, the cutting length can be adjusted visually using a push button. The machine's dual cutting speeds guarantee both optimum performance and clean cuts.

CM - CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE

At Fincorp Est, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse array of advanced foam processing equipment. A standout in our lineup is the CM Contour Wire Cutting Machine, a specialized tool designed for precision foam shaping.

Fincorp Est - Contour Cutting Machine

The CM's cutting mechanism is finely balanced and easily maneuverable, enabling smooth and precise cuts. It can handle foam densities up to 40 Kg/cu.m. with the standard wire, and higher densities can be accommodated with a special cutting wire.

Fincorp Est - Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine

AVCM - AUTOMATIC VERTICAL CUTTING MACHINE

This cutting-edge machine is an indispensable asset in foam production and conversion, particularly adept in crafting high-quality sponges for both kitchen and bath purposes.

Foam blocks are securely placed on a fixed table with a motorized backplate. The cutting process employs a serrated blade that requires no sharpening and is capable of slicing through diverse materials. Blade tension can be precisely adjusted using a mechanical tensioning device. The blade carriage is powered by a variable speed motor, and the control panel is equipped with a high-accuracy industrial computer, ensuring a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm.

VCM - VERTICAL CUTTING MACHINE

A standout in our collection is the VCM Vertical Cutting Machine. Engineered for both foam production and conversion plants, the VCM addresses a wide spectrum of cutting requirements with its versatility and customizable models.
